More companies in Switzerland are demanding their staff work from the office again – much to the frustration of many workers.
Only recently, big Swiss firms such as Swisscom, Schindler, Swatch and Novartis are cracking down on home working. The latest is Raiffeisen bank.
Many staff members are unhappy as they’ve become accustomed to the home working life – some are threatening to quit. But with the new trend, finding a firm that welcomes home working could be a challenge.
