During the hunt for the Geneva parcel bomber, two brothers were arrested at the end of last year and placed in pre-trial detention.
One was locked up for six days, but the other was behind bars for six weeks.
They have since been cleared.
They’re now demanding CHF 130,000 in damages.
They say the money is to cover moral damages, economic losses as well as their lawyer’s fees.
A man is now in custody charged with planting the bombs. He was arrested last week.
