Have you had Covid? Possibly

Have you had Covid 19 and not known? The latest figures from the Federal Health Office suggests that may be the case.

At the end of last year researchers found that 20% of those who were tested had antibodies in their blood.

Now the health office believes there will be a further 10% who have been infected since then.  The office believes this is a conservative estimate.

The study may lead to a change in government policy. It could launch antibody tests for a wide section of the population – and if positive, they would be entitled to a vaccination certificate as they already have a level of protection. They also may only need one dose of vaccine.
