Geneva police chased two thieves on a motorcycle through the streets on Friday evening.
The police say they endangered other roads users as well as pedestrians.
The two were spotted by security camera after they tried to steal a watch from the wrist of a driver who was stuck in a jam.
They then raced though the centre of the city, committing numerous offences, say the police.
They were eventually arrested. The two men, aged 38 and 35, face several charges.
