The City of Geneva says cafés and restaurants will be allowed to broadcast Women’s Euro matches from their terraces.
While a fan zone and sports village will be set up at Quai Gustave-Ador, authorities want the whole city to share in the spirit.
The Geneva Sports Minister, Marie Barbey-Chappuis, says "It’s an opportunity for Geneva, and public enthusiasm is essential,"
The Euro Women’s Championship is being held in Switzerland from July 2nd to 27th.
