Geneva remains one of the worst cantons for drink driving.
The latest figures from the TCS show it has the most serious accidents involving alcohol, a position it’s held since 2017.
Second is Ticino, then Basel City and fourth is Vaud.
But Vaud hold the dubious position of recording the most alcohol deaths on the road at 5 this year.
In total, 9 of the 26 cantons recorded at least one death by drink driving.
The TCS warns people this holiday season, you must choose between drinking or driving.
