A man in neighbouring France has been charged with murdering his three-year-old son.
The man called fire services to help his son in a car park in Publier in Haute-Savoie. Rescuers discovered the child was already dead.
Police say the father has admitted to strangling his son. He says he was ‘guided by a voice.’
Prosecutors say the man is being detained.
