A Deputy Mayor of the French town of Thonon-les-Bains has been fined EUR 135 for being in a restaurant without a valid health pass.
She’s known to be anti-vaccine. The confrontation with local police was described as ‘stormy’ by witnesses.
The restaurant is already known to the authorities for flouting the rules – and was also forced to close for a week as a punishment for letting her in.
