Would you ever get KFC confused with ZFC?

The massive US fast food chain, KFC, decided that it may be possible to confuse their outlets with ZFC, or Zurich Fried Chicken– one small shop in the city.

The owner of ZFC, 52-year-old Ahmad Saeed, started to get letters from the American company – with a turnover of USD 28bn – ordering him to change the name and typeface of his shop. They’re concerned there’s a risk of confusion.

The small businessman says he will change the logo, but he says it can’t be done overnight – and it will cost him as he’ll have to change the shop sign and re-print his menus.
