Be careful about what you order online – it may not be legal.

A councillor from the town of Buchs in Aargau has been fined for ordering two pink coloured water pistols from a Chinese website.

Despite their colour, authorities determined they were too realistic and so illegal.

The councillor was fined.

But it’s not unusual. Prosecutors make several of these decisions every month.

Recently a woman in Bern ordered a so called ‘mystery package’ so she would be surprised.

The box contained a knife, knuckle dusters, a baton and pepper spray. She was fined for that – she didn’t see that surprise coming.
