Before the US presidential election, we spoke to John Antonakis who’s a Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne.

He and his team had come up with a model that predicted a Trump victory when many of the polls were unclear. 

He and his model, has been proved right – which is annoying as Mark had bet against him and so had to buy him a pizza – but before claiming his prize, he came into the studio and Mark asked him, how did he get it right when so many were either wrong or unclear?
