After a heated debate, Zurich City has agreed to send its old garbage collection trucks to Kosovo. The city is changing to emissions free vehicles.
Many pointed out the links between Zurich and the Kosovan capital are strong, due to the large number of Kosovans in Zurich.
But some questioned the logic of switching to emissions-free and then sending the trucks to be driven elsewhere.
The trucks will either be given to Kosovo or sold for a very low fee.
