A major development in Eaux-Vives starts later this month.
The area will include a new Olympic size swimming pool, a large sports hall which will also include a climbing wall which will be of international competition standard.
It’s being built close to the train station and will also have apartments and a new large supermarket.
In addition to sports – there will also be music rooms, a cultural centre and a creche.
Total cost will be CHF 110m.
Work will start next week and open in 2026.
