The Vengeron beach has reopened after being closed since Tuesday due to pollution linked to a ruptured sewage pipe near Geneva Airport.
The Cantonal Medical Service says water quality has now returned to safe levels, with bacteria readings back within acceptable limits.
Authorities say regular testing continues, and are reminding swimmers to avoid bathing for 48 hours after heavy rain or storms.
The reopening comes just in time for the sunny Pentecost weekend.
