Trump acolytes move to Bern

Newt and Callista Gingrich

One of Donald Trump’s closest confidants will soon be in Bern.

Long-term right-wing politician and pundit Newt Gingrich will be accompanying his wife, Callista Gingrich, who’s been appointed the new US ambassador to Switzerland.

The couple are extremely close to Trump.

Newt Gingrich has recently published a book called, ‘Trump’s Triumph: America’s Greatest Comeback.’

He also maintains the 2020 election was rigged.

Gingrich headed the impeachment of former president Bill Clinton due to his relationship with Monica Lewinski. It was later revealed that, at the same time, he was having an affair with his wife to be, Callista - 22 years his junior.

His wife was ambassador to the Vatican during Trump’s first term - but her husband was considered to be a vital shadow.
