Swisscom is facing calls to pay its customers compensation after failures with its television service.
Tens of thousands of people are thought to have been hit on Monday and then again yesterday morning.
Although in Swisscom’s contract small print, it does say that it cannot guarantee uninterrupted service - but the head of the Foundation of Consumer Protection, Sara Stadler, told the Bick newspaper that claims are not out of the question, but each would have to be dealt with individually.
