Switzerland has relaxed its entry rules slightly – just in time for Christmas.
As before, anyone wishing to enter has to be vaccinated. But the requirement to have a negative PCR test has been dropped. An antigen test taken less than 24 hours before boarding the flight will now be sufficient.
Travellers will have to show the vaccine certificate and the negative test to airline staff before boarding. The airline will refuse passengers without the right documents.
The requirement to have a follow-up test a few days after arriving has been ditched.
All passengers will have to fill out a passenger locator form online before travelling.
