SWISS International Airlines is ending a long-standing inflight tradition.
From the end of September, the airline will stop duty-free sales on board, shifting entirely to its online Worldshop.
The company says fewer passengers buying from onboard trolleys and more choosing to shop in advance.
Until then, a clearance sale begins in June, with discounts of at least 25 percent on selected items while stocks last.
It’s not known if the exclusive watch, the Breitling Navitimer, produced exclusively for the airline for duty free sale is included in that sale - but if you want one while you can, it’ll cost over CHF 8,000.
