The Swiss issued vaccination certificates are valid throughout the European Union from today.
The EU Commission says the certificates can be used across the bloc in exactly the same way as certificates issued by any EU member.
Similarly, Switzerland will accept any EU issued certificate.
But despite this move – the Commission points out countries are free to impose any other entry regulations, such as a need for an extra negative test. Travellers should always check first.
