Routine flight becomes nightmare

What should have been a routine flight turned into a nightmare for the passengers.

The plane left Marrakech for Geneva on the 9th January. It was due to leave just before 7pm, but was delayed for an hour and half due to weather.

During the flight a drunk passenger became aggressive, so the pilot decided to land in Madrid to offload him.

The plane was then on the runway – with all passengers on board - for more than two hours.

During that time, another passenger decided to have a cigarette in the toilet. They were then taken off – delaying the departure further.

When the plane finally took-off, it had to land in Lyon as Geneva was closed.

Passengers were then bussed to Geneva – finally arriving at 5am the next day.
