A new petition demanding action on chronic traffic congestion around Lausanne has gathered more than a thousand signatures in just a few weeks.
The campaign accuses cantonal and federal authorities of years of inaction over plans to ease bottlenecks on the A1 around Crissier.
The petition calls on both Bern and the canton of Vaud to urgently move forward with solutions to improve traffic flow in the region.
