Tickets for this summer’s Paléo Festival sold out in just 19 minutes, as thousands of fans rushed online when sales opened midday yesterday.
All 210,000 passes were snapped up in a matter of minutes. Saturday night, featuring Katy Perry and Vanessa Paradis, was the fastest to go, selling out in just two minutes.
Organisers say the rapid sell-out reflects strong public loyalty, even if it falls short of last year’s record of 13 minutes.
Fans who missed out will get another chance when the official resale platform opens on April 1st.
During the festival itself, an additional 1,500 tickets will also be released online each morning for the same day’s shows.
