In another sign the worst of the pandemic may be behind us, Switzerland’s biggest newspaper – the Blick – says it will no longer publish the daily Covid infection numbers as it has been doing since the start of the crisis.
The paper says it no longer considers the numbers as urgent.
It will continue to report on hospitalizations and intensive care spaces – as those are relevant.
But the paper stresses, Covid has proven to be unpredictable over the last two years, so the policy could change at any time.
