UK citizens travelling to Switzerland will soon benefit from free mobile roaming and faster airport arrivals under a new UK-Switzerland trade deal.
Brits will soon be able to use the e-gates at airports. Zurich is expected to be first, with Geneva and others by the end of the year.
The agreement also allows professionals to work visa-free for up to 90 days a year.
In a major boost for business, UK companies will be able to transfer staff to their Swiss operations for up to five years without having to pass Switzerland's economic needs test, making it significantly easier for firms to deploy employees across the two countries.
