Zurich’s most expensive rental apartment has just hit the market - a newly renovated penthouse on top of the historic Bellevue building.
It’ll cost CHF 24,000 a month.
The fifth-floor residence spans 267 square meters, with a terrace nearly the size of a typical two-room flat, and panoramic views.
Such prices remain exceptional, even in Zurich, where other high-end properties have struggled to find tenants at less than half that rate.
