Swiss Federal Railways will be putting on more trains over the long holiday weekend – and the TCS is warning of long queues at the Gotthard Tunnel.
Thursday is the Ascension holiday and many are expected to take the opportunity to have an extra-long weekend.
The motoring organisation, the TCS, say they expect the tunnel to start getting very busy tomorrow evening.
The SBB will have 61 extra trains this weekend – creating 52,000 extra seats.
