A man near Annecy in neighbouring France posted a video of himself chasing a wolf in his car and trying to run it down.
The video was shot in March this year.
He was taken to court by the French Biodiversity Office. He’s been found guilty of threatening a protected species.
He’s been fined EUR 8,000 and has to attend a citizenship training course.
