Swiss residential property has become more expensive again, with apartment asking prices up 4.5% over the year and single-family homes up 3.1%.
In the Geneva region, apartments cost 0.4% more month on month, while Lake Geneva houses climbed 0.7%.
Zurich leads the pack with a 2.3% monthly jump in apartment prices, according to real estate portal Immoscout24.
Central Switzerland is the outlier — single-family homes there fell 3.2%, deepening a spring correction despite tight supply.
