Fuel prices are on the rise again, according to new figures from the Touring Club Switzerland.
The average price of unleaded 95 has climbed from CHF 1.82 to CHF 1.87 in just under a week.
Diesel has seen a sharper increase, rising nine centimes to CHF. 2.19
Since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, petrol prices have gone up by around 20 centimes per litre, while diesel has surged by 40.
Despite the increases, authorities say there’s no immediate risk of shortages. The Federal Office for National Economic Supply says supplies of petroleum products remain secure for now.
