Geneva police stopped a car with blue flashing lights and french license plates on the autoroute near Bardonnex.
They discovered it was carrying French customs officers returning from a training session at the airport.
The French officials were firmly told they can’t use the lights for non urgent trips in Switzerland and have to obey the law like any other driver.
