Six months after the New Year's fire that killed 41 people at the Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, Valais cantonal president Christophe Darbellay says the site will never reopen as a bar.
He says space must be dedicated to young people,
Fourteen people have been charged so far, including the bar's owners and people linked to the commune.
A formal commemoration is planned for 1 January 2027.
