A fire broke out at the Bellerive Hospital yesterday afternoon, leading to several patients having to be evacuated.
The fire started in a technical room at around 6.30pm, which was totally destroyed, says the fire service.
Smoke affected three floors of the building.
It took around 2 hours and 100 fire fighters to bring the blaze under control.
19 patients had to be relocated to other hospitals. No one was injured.
