The Federal Council has outlined its plans for the end of the lockdown – but it will be gradual.
From the 1st March, outdoor events of up to 15 people will be allowed – shops, museums and libraries will open – as will outdoor venues, such as zoos.
Some sporting venues can start up again, ice rinks, soccer fields and athletic tracks, although there will still be a limit for spectators.
But sporting competition for adults will still be banned.
If infections still show signs of coming down – then the 1st April could see further relaxation - including the reopening of restaurant terraces.
The government warns though – these reopening plans are not automatic.
