Police in the city of Bern had to set up a roadblock to stop a car being driven at excessively high speed through the town centre early on Sunday morning.
Two teenagers, aged 14 and 16, were found to be behind the wheel.
The car had been reported stolen.
The teens were arrested in the suburb of Wabern when they approached a roadblock made up of several police cars. They stopped and tried to get away on foot. They were quickly caught.
Police say they’re also investigating a case of a hit and run, and believe the same car is responsible.
