The Swiss Airforce is in the middle of a major exercise at the moment. It’s the first major test the force has undertaken for the last seven years.
The exercise is based on a fictious state invading – and involves all air bases in the country.
But it’s not in response to the Ukrainian war – planning for the exercise has been underway for the last 18 months.
