French investigators have charged five people over the violent home robbery of Formula One champion Alain Prost at his Nyon villa in May.
The suspects — three adults aged 21 to 22 and two minors of 16 and 17 — were arrested on 1 July.
They face charges of armed organised robbery, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy after breaking into the 71-year-old's home, injuring him, and making off with luxury watches from his safe.
Three of the suspects have been remanded in custody; the two minors are under judicial supervision.
The case fits a wider pattern of cross-border gangs from France targeting watch collections in the Lake Geneva region.
