Ukraine, with huge financial and material help from NATO, has given Putin’s army a bloody nose. But has failed to land a knockout blow. Can it do so? He's asking how her government sees the current situation as the snows and frozen ground in Ukraine melt and spring slowly arrives. And with it, the certainty of a spring offensive comes into view.
