The body of an eight-year-old girl has been found in a forest near the city of Bern.
Police say they’re not ruling out an accident or foul play at this stage.
The body was found on Tuesday evening in the forest near the village of Niederwangen in the commune of Köniz.
Paramedics tried resuscitation, but the girl was declared dead at the scene. She’s been identified as a local resident.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
