Allegations of inappropriate behaviour are causing controversy at a major water park in Basel.
At Aquabasilea several visitors claim they witnessed sexual activity and harassment in spa and sauna areas, particularly during special themed evenings.
Management strongly denies encouraging such behaviour, insisting rules are enforced and offenders are regularly expelled.
However, some customers and a former employee say the issue has been known for some time and call for stricter controls.
The water park is also regularly mentioned on encounter websites.
The operator is urging anyone affected to report incidents directly so action can be taken.
