A young teenager will face charges after he stole a car in canton Fribourg and crashed into another vehicle while fleeing the police.
The 15-year-old took the car in Marly and was soon picked up by a police car – despite signalling for the boy to pull over, the car sped off.
There was a 16-year-old in the car with the boy. The older boy admitted to stealing the car first.
They’ve been handed back to their parents, but they will face juvenile court.
