Switzerland is supplying Ukraine with three Swiss made mine-clearing machines.
The Ukrainian prime minister, Denys Shmyhal, is in the country for a three-day summit.
The gift of the new machines also comes with training. It’s part of a CHF 100m programme for Ukraine.
The president, Viola Amherd, says land mines kill and maim thousands of people every year.
She says the clearing of mines is essential for reconstruction.
