Swiss 'sex map' shows Bern most experimental

A new study is shedding light on our intimate habits.

Online retailer Amorana has published a “Sex Map” revealing strong regional differences across the country.

The canton of Bern tops the ranking, with the highest number of purchases per person and a clear appetite for experimentation - bondage equipment and other highly specific toys.

Smaller cantons like Appenzell Ausserrhoden and Schwyz also rank highly, showing demand isn’t limited to cities.

In contrast, French-speaking regions appear more reserved, with fewer online orders overall.

Geneva comes bottom of the list for any online orders.
