The Swiss Football Association has joined other soccer groups across the world and say they will not play any games against Russia.
The association says it condemns the Russian attack on Ukraine. It says the action violates the universal values of football.
Other national teams have also said they won’t play Russia, such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Sweden and England.
Switzerland doesn’t actually have a game scheduled against Russia until July, when the women’s team were due play in one of the first games of the European Championship.
