Four people have been injured after a snowmobile ploughed into skiers at the French resort of Avoriaz in Haute-Savoie on Sunday morning.
The driver works for the lift operator. He lost control shortly after setting off.
A 22-year-old woman was seriously injured and airlifted to Geneva, though her life is not in danger.
The driver passed an alcohol test and the snowmobile is now undergoing technical tests.
