A man described as one of Europe’s most wanted men has been arrested in Zurich.
The 35-year-old Belgium national is nicknamed the ‘finger cutter’ after he cut off a man’s finger with a pruner during an argument.
He’s wanted in Belgium for kidnapping, hostage taking, drug smuggling and armed robbery.
Zurich police say he was arrested along with an accomplice, a 28-year-old Dutch national.
He was caught after trying to use fake identity documents.
