As winter draws in, several mountain passes are now closing. Some have been closed for the last couple of weeks, due to snowfall, but could reopen.
Now we’re in November, many are closing for the season, such as the Gotthard Pass.
Also closing are the San Bernadino, the Furka, the Grimsel, the Nufenen, and the Susten passes.
But others remain open for the time being - the Albula, the Bernina, and the Simplon.
Other passes are partially closed at the moment - authorities recommend checking before you start your journey.
