Nearly CHF 8 million has been declared for the two federal votes on 27 September, with the neutrality initiative alone drawing CHF 5.5 million
The pro-neutrality committee has spent CHF 3.84 million, and former SVP figurehead Christoph Blocher has added around CHF 3 million from his own pocket.
Opponents have raised just CHF 1.67 million between them.
The food-sovereignty initiative attracted a further CHF 2.35 million, mostly from opponents.
The Federal Audit Office says the figures are provisional and can include double declarations where organisations share funds.
