A man has been fined for carrying fake weapons as part of his costume at the Lucerne Fasnacht.
Identified only as Jimmy, the 29 year old dressed up as the movie character Deadpool. He says he bought two cheap plastic toy guns and then painted them sliver.
He says he was stopped by police and treated like a criminal.
He’s been fined CHF 480 for violating the weapons law. He decided not to contest it.
