A man in his fifties has died after being found unconscious in the water at Geneva’s Bains des Pâquis earlier this week.
Lifeguards and emergency services attempted to revive him, but he died at the scene. The circumstances are being investigated, although the association managing the baths says he may have fallen ill in the water. The baths were temporarily closed and swimming was prohibited following the incident.
