A Geneva gynaecologist has been sentenced to five years in prison for sexually abusing five patients and a young girl.
The Correctional Tribunal found the man in his sixties took advantage of women restrained in stirrups during examinations, ruling that he knew the gestures were sexual rather than medical.
He was also convicted of abusing a young girl at his home in neighbouring France.
The doctor will also pay CHF 180,000 in damages.
